Hi, friends! I hope you’re all enjoying the last couple weeks of summer—I know I am! The months of August and September are always difficult for me style-wise because I still want to dress for summer even though I’m craving sweater weather. Do you feel the same?!
Anyways, I wanted to take today’s post to share two of my favorite summer looks from Caite!
Who is Caite?
When I share brands on my blog, they are brands that I truly stand behind and genuinely love—like Caite! They have been such a pleasure to work with and I always enjoy sharing their fun, bright, and bold pieces. This post is not sponsored, however they did gift me the one-of-a-kind pieces I’m sharing today.
Let’s get started!
The Sara Blouse

If you know me well, you know that pink is my favorite color. I don’t even care what shade of pink—I love them all! This bright pink tunic is making all my summer style dreams come true. It honestly could be a dress … but everything is always a tunic on me, so oh well! #tallgirlprobs
Either way, I love a great tunic. This one is linen, which means it’s perfect for summertime. I paired it with my favorite Free People distressed denim and a hat—leaving me ready for an evening on the patio with my family!
In addition to jeans, I would also pair this tunic with a fun pair of patterned pants, or if it’s properly knotted, I would wear it with a skirt. Either way, I’m looking forward to getting many more wears out of it before Ohio winters come into the picture!
The Amanda Pant

Next up, we have my new favorite pair of patterned pants from Caite! I don’t know about you, but I’m working from home indefinitely at this point, so comfort is key! Each day, I have to be on multiple Zoom calls, so I have to look somewhat put together. These pants help me style a professional, yet fun outfit every single time I wear them.
I love these pants because they are super lightweight, which is perfect since I don’t have A/C! During the week, I will usually pair them with a graphic tee or a short sleeve sweater. Although the pattern of the pants is pretty bold, I’ve also paired a white and pink-striped blouse with them and it looked really cool!
They’re more of a cropped fit on me, which I honestly like more with flowy pants. If they’re too long, it’s easy to look like the pants are swallowing you up, and nobody wants that! I plan to wear these in the fall and winter, too, with long sleeve thermals, cardigans, and more! I can’t wait!
Well, that’s all I’ve got for you today! I’ll be back on the blog soon to rave about something else that I love!
Talk soon!
