Hi, friends! Welcome to Stylishly Good Vibes! I’m so happy that you’re here. With everything that’s been going on in the world over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been thinking about how important it is for me to maintain a routine. Blogging is something that I really love doing, so I’m committed to maintaining my publishing routine. We will see how things go within the next couple of weeks, but I hope to remain a place for positivity and inspiration!
Let’s get started with today’s post! Since moving into my new apartment, I’ve been finding so many awesome places to shop for home decor. Although I’ve been in my new space for about six months, I’m still decorating. I feel like I’ll be decorating until at least September because home decor is expensive!
Decorating on a budget is difficult, but today I’m excited to share my favorite places to shop for reasonably-priced home decor!
Anthropologie Home Outlet
I didn’t realize that so many people didn’t know the Anthro Home Outlet existed, but it does and it is a magical place! It just opened in Pittsburgh within the past year. This home outlet is stocked with overflow home decor items, custom furniture orders that were returned, and floor samples from stores—so lots to work with!
It’s a huge space and they have just about everything except for kitchenware. If you need a couch, rug, bedding, decor, or chairs, go here! Although their prices are pretty reasonable in comparison to the retail price, it can still be on the top end of your budget. Follow them on Instagram to keep up with their sales. I bought this chair at the reduced price plus 40% off, so it was too good of a deal for me to pass up.
Pier 1 Imports

Need a cool rug? Go to Pier 1! I know that a lot of Pier 1 stores just closed, but you can still buy online. I bought this rug during their closing sale at the location near me, so it was discounted. Although it was a closing sale that’s no longer going on, you can still shop great deals there! Pay attention to their emails because they tend to send coupons pretty frequently.
Urban Outfitters

I used to work for Anthropologie, which is the sister company of Urban Outfitters. So, I used to get a really good discount at Urban, which is why a lot of my home decor is from there. I only buy my bedding from Urban because the quality has been awesome and well worth the price in my opinion.
I have a beautiful white quilt from Urban and the quilt I currently have on my bed is from there, too. Once again, keep an eye on the sales in their app because they do tend to run more home sales than they previously did. Plus, from my experiences shopping home decor, their prices on bedding are pretty comparable to Kohls or Target.
IKEA

I love IKEA so much. It’s such a fun place to roam around! I went to the Pittsburgh location before I moved to South Carolina and bought a ton of great stuff. My sectional is from there, my kitchen table, and my pots and pans. They really do have everything you could possibly imagine in terms of home decor.
Everyone knows that IKEA’s instructions for building things aren’t the easiest to understand, so just make sure to take your time and keep all the parts organized! Thankfully, my parents helped me build everything, but if they hadn’t helped, I would have been clueless.
Target

This is an obvious one, I think. I find myself looking in the kid’s home decor section at Target pretty frequently because they have tons of fun and colorful items. I bought this cactus lamp from the kid’s section and it was $30. Such a good deal for how cute the lamp is! Next time you go to Target, look in the kid’s home decor section—seriously, so cute.
All Things for You

I’ve mentioned this local vintage store on the blog before, but it’s amazing and I feel the need to talk about them again. I buy something every single time I go here. No joke. They have incredible glassware, home decor, furniture, and more. Even if you’re not in the market for home decor, it’s still a fun place to roam around! I wasn’t really into vintage home decor until I started shopping here, so it can change your mindset!
Alright, friends, that’s all I’ve got for you today! Home decor inspiration for you as we spend a little more time at home over the next couple of weeks. Stay safe out there and take the precautions seriously so that we can all go out and have fun together soon!
Until next time!
