Why You Should Go to Manifest CLE

Hi, friends! Welcome back to Stylishly Good Vibes! I’m back on the blog with a different kind of blog post for you: a review! I went to Manifest last weekend, which is a salon that serves craft cocktails during services, and I wanted to share my experience!

Let me preface this blog post with a short rant. I’m not usually one to get my nails done. I’ve maybe had them done a handful of times. I don’t know why, but I’ve always just painted them myself. Growing up, my mom never went to get her nails done— she always opted to do it herself at home. I think that rubbed off on me and inspired my love for painting mine on my own time.

But, as a way to treat myself after a rather weird and difficult week, I decided to schedule a manicure appointment with my gal pals! My friend recommended that we go to Manifest, and I said “Why not!?”

First Impressions

Oh my gosh—the aesthetic of this salon is absolutely breathtaking! I was obsessed with the neon sign that said “Cocktails on Tap.” The salon was so pristine, organized, and clean, so much so that I literally didn’t know where to look because it was that cool.

We all checked in for our appointments and sat down at the bar for a drink. The drinks were reasonably priced and there were so many options. I also thought it was super cute that the drinks were named after things related to Cleveland! My drink was the Eastside, and it was the perfect refresher for a Sunday morning. It had Tito’s, cucumber, simple syrup—YUM!

The Manicure

When it came to choosing a nail color, I was conflicted. I initially wanted to do something darker, since I’m so fair skinned and lighter colors tend to wash me out. But, I decided on two different colors and told my nail tech to do whatever she felt would look cool! That’s a pro tip from me: trust your nail techs and hair stylists because they know what they’re doing and they’re working with your best interest in mind. Okay, rant over!

The entire manicure experience was so relaxing! For $25, my nails were treated like royalty—they were filed, cuticles groomed, nail beds oiled, hands massaged, seriously THE WORKS! Not to mention, their playlist was on point the entire time we were there, which definitely set the mood!

Final Thoughts

My nails were finished in about 45 minutes, and then I waited around and finished my drink while they dried. Honestly, my manicure at Manifest was the best I’ve ever had. This post isn’t sponsored or anything like that. I just genuinely enjoyed myself at Manifest and I think that everyone should go there for a mani or pedi! My nails still look great almost a week later, and I couldn’t be happier about that! I also don’t want to forget to mention how kind the staff at Manifest was. 10/10 would recommend!

Well, that’s all I’ve got for ya today! If you decide to go to Manifest, let me know! Maybe I’ll come and get a manicure with you!

Until next time!

Alicia
