Hey, friends! Welcome back to Stylishly Good Vibes! I’m back on the blog today to share my favorite ways to style some of my go-to sweatshirts.
People give me a lot of sh*t for not wearing sweatshirts often. They’ve never really been my style. However, when I do wear one, I style it in a way that reflects who I am.
I know that some people wear sweatshirts with sweatpants or yoga pants, but that’s just not me. If that’s your style, then rock it! I’m just saying that it’s not mine.
I only have three sweatshirts that I consider to be ones I would wear outside of the house. So, I’m sharing them on the blog today!
Let’s get started!
Representing Cleveland

Emily Roggenburk is a super cool Cleveland-inspired line of clothing that I discovered a couple years ago. I bought this sweatshirt at the Cleveland Flea this past summer. I couldn’t be happier to have it in my wardrobe. I love that it’s cropped, which means it’s easy to style with high-waisted jeans or a midi skirt, like I did today.
Hello Kitty x Keith Haring

Believe it or not, this sweatshirt was from the men’s section at Urban Outfitters. I have better luck with men’s sweatshirts — plus I think they have cooler designs. Come on Urban, let us ladies have some rad sweatshirts! This one is a tighter fit, which I like because it doesn’t look sloppy. I love wearing this while I’m running errands since it’s more elevated than a sweatshirt from my alma mater.
Bring On the Color

Would you believe me if I told you this sweatshirt was over five years old . . . Yep! I have a sentimental attachment to it because I wore it on a flight to Italy a couple years ago. Dumb, I know, but I just can’t bring myself to get rid of it! I love how lightweight it is and the billowing sleeves make it seem like it’s not a sweatshirt at all.
Well, there you have it! Photographs of proof that I do in fact wear sweatshirts every now and again. I just choose to style them in a way that suits my personal style!
After reading this blog post, you might think that I have something against wearing sweatshirts, but I really don’t. I just think there are so many fun and unique ways that you could be styling a sweatshirt than just wearing one with blue jeans or sweatpants. Think outside of your personal style box, friends! I know you can do it! 🙂
Until next time!
