Happy June, friends! Crazy to think my favorite month of the year (May) is already over. Summer is finally kicking into high gear and I’m so excited to spend it in CLE. It’s been two years since I’ve been able to enjoy a whole summer here, so I’m beyond excited!
I thought it would be fun get back into the swing of things on the blog by sharing my Top Picks for June. I take new beginnings pretty seriously. So, when a new month starts, I love to reflect on my thoughts and experiences from the previous month. For me, June is all about making my current routine better with the incorporation of a few new things!
Let’s get this blog post started!
SHOP
Brand I’m Loving: Everlane

Okay, so I’m definitely late to the Everlane train, I know. My coworker has been telling me about this company for months, and I just now decided to try it! The simple, minimalistic style of many of their pieces isn’t necessarily “me,” but I love what they stand for.
If you’ve never heard of Everlane, they are extremely transparent about their business operations, from the factories used to manufacture products, to the materials purchased for those products. They really bring a new meaning to knowing where your clothes + accessories come from.
My First Purchase from Everlane: The Day Heel in Pale Rose.
These just got delivered yesterday. I haven’t been this excited about a delivery in a while! The true test will be how they stand up at my job since I’m on my feet all day. I will report back with my findings, but I have a feeling I’m going to have many great things to say about them!
TASTE
Luna Bakery & Café
This place is my jam — like, I don’t think I genuinely enjoy lunch at other places nearly as much as I love it here. I get the same thing every single time!

What I Order: The Grain Bowl With Chicken
The grain bowl is nutritious, delicious and gives me energy for the rest of the day. It’s made from all fresh ingredients, too, and you can totally taste it. Whenever I go, I usually treat myself to one of their gluten-free peanut butter cookies. Even if you’re not gluten free, the raspberry jam filled peanut butter cookie will not disappoint! Plus — they just opened a location in Moreland Hills and the aesthetic inside is retro, mod and so cool.
EXPLORE
Vintage Lorain
To preface this neighborhood of Cleveland, I want to remind you all about the importance of sparking conversations with people in your community. I went to this area a few months ago to visit the vintage shop Helm Collective, which I’ve followed on Instagram for quite some time. While I was there, I started chatting with the owner. She told me a little about the neighborhood and some of the other stores I should hit up if I like vintage.

It was because of that conversation that I ended up next door at All Things For You. I started chatting it up with one of the owners there as well — talking about vintage shopping adventures + more importantly, how cool the neighborhood is.
If you love vintage shopping or just like going to entertaining places, you should check out All Things For You and Helm Collective. I’ve found such good pieces from both stores. They are my hidden gems for vintage shopping, and I’m sharing them with you!
SOUNDS
Follow me on Spotify @stylishlygoodvibes
I just recently purchased Spotify Premium and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made this year. Maybe an exaggeration, but it really was a financial decision I didn’t think twice about. Last year, I listed to 60,000 hours of Spotify, so if that gives you any inclination about how pumped I am to have Spotify Premium, then I don’t know what will!
I make monthly playlists on my account, filled with songs I’m vibing with in the moment.
I really like that I started doing this because the playlists have become musical scrapbooks, in a sense. When I go back to listen to previous months’ playlists, I feel super nostalgic — reflecting on where my life was during that month of time.
Artists I’ve Been Loving:
Cage The Elephant | Lizzo | VÉRITÉ | Miley Cyrus | The Band CAMINO | The Black Keys
Well, that’s all I’ve got for you today! I hope you enjoy your weekend + I’ll see you back on the blog next week!
Until next time,
Alicia
Thanks for sharing, which of these is your favorite?
